How does your cleaning service work?

I come in and take a walk thru with “360°approach” where I examine all areas, then I basically go over with what needs to be done in the facility. I can also provide recommendations of the type of cleaning products to use. After that, we set up a meeting to discuss pricing and cleaning schedules that suits your convenience.

What is your service area?

We operate around Louisville Metro Area.

I’m on a fixed income, How do you determine the cleaning cost?

It’s a 2-hour minimum. The two hour minimum can be determined by the client where they wanted to focus on (tiles, window, etc)

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit, Debit, Cheque, Online Banking are the method we currently accept.

What supplies must I provide?

Base on the clients needs we are happy to give some suggestions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to the appointed cleaning day.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are.

What if I’m not satisfied?

If you’re not satisfied, I will come and meet and go over the things and make it right and if it doesn’t work I will give you a refund.

My neighbor’s office is immaculate, I don’t know how they do it. Will my office be immaculate with JBright Cleaning?
